Jake was a regular guy- a husband and father of three, who was stuck in the downward spiral of an unhealthy way of living. After receiving a wakeup call, he decided to take control of his health by adopting a whole foods, plant-based way of eating combined with consistent exercise. Four years and 120 pounds lighter, Jake has transformed his body and life and competed in three marathons, two triathlons including a Half Ironman distance race, as well as numerous other endurance sport events all fueled by plants. Jake has made the plant-based lifestyle a sustainable way of living and hopes to help others make the same positive changes in their lives.
